Terms and conditions

Zeawin.com, which is owned and operated by Zeawin LLC, located at 4030 Wake Forest Road, Ste 349, Raleigh, NC 27609 (hereinafter referred to as “Zeawin”). These Terms govern all purchases of goods made on our Website.

These sales and delivery conditions (in the following named as the ”Terms”) apply to all purchases of goods at the Website.

Ordering and payment

To place an order, simply select the product(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart. You can edit the contents of your cart right up until the time of order, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the product(s).

When you’re ready to order, click “checkout” and choose your preferred delivery and payment method. Any additional charges such as shipping or debit card fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Please note that it’s important to double-check that the colors and sizes of the products you’ve chosen are correct before submitting your order. Once you submit an order, it’s considered final.

After you place an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation by email to show that we’ve received your order. However, this does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We’ll only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale once we’ve sent you a ‘receipt/invoice’ email with a tracking number.

Please also be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your order if there are technical problems, delivery failure, or similar issues. If we do cancel your order, we’ll let you know and refund any payments you’ve made.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA/Mastercard, and PayPal. Your payment will be charged to the means of payment you’ve selected when your ordered product(s) leave our warehouse for delivery.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

We currently ship to several countries, and you can see the estimated delivery time for each country below. Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.

Here are the countries we ship to and their estimated delivery times:

  • USA and Canada: 2-4 days (express shipping only)

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. You can also contact us at [email protected] for updates on the status of your order, and we’ll provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please double-check the colours and sizes of your chosen product/s before submitting your order, as every submitted order shall be considered final. Note that Zeawin reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or hold any order you place with us.

Returns and exchange

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the product(s).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) within the 14-day withdrawal period. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will credit the refund through the same method used to make the payment. We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given your withdrawal notice and no later than 14 days after changing your mind. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product(s) or until you have provided proof of return. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is opted for exchange.

Exchange

We understand that sometimes there may be issues with your order and we want to make sure we resolve them as quickly as possible. If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, such as the wrong color or size, or if the item is defective or broken during transit, please contact our customer care team at [email protected].

To be eligible for an exchange, we kindly ask that you provide us with a detailed explanation of why you are not happy with the received item. We may ask you to take pictures of the item(s) in order to assist you better.

If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will send you the new item within 2 to 3 business days that includes the return shipping label for you to send the old item back to us.

However, errors in typography, pricing, offers, descriptions, and other information related to our products may occur. In the event of an incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to make necessary corrections

We may update our Terms from time to time to reflect changes in technology, our business model, system capacity, or relevant legislation and regulations. Therefore, we kindly ask you to accept our Terms each time you make a purchase from our Website. Please note that you will not be notified of any changes. The Terms applicable and accepted at the time of your purchase will govern your order.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

All contracts between us using these Terms are subject to US law. Any disputes arising in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in the United States.
